Tumatauenga is the God of War in the Māori Culture, from Aotearoa, New Zealand
This reclaimed surfboard is intricately hand-carved and painted to honor Tūmatauenga, the Māori Goddess of War. Strong lines and fierce patterns embody her warrior spirit, with deep cuts and shapes representing strength and resilience. A stunning fusion of Māori artistry and tradition, symbolizing protection, courage, and cultural pride.
To inspire those who want to express their emotions, their passions and their inspirations through Art.

Tēna koutou katoa.
I am a self-taught multi-media Māori artist of Ngāti Toa Rangatira, Ngāti Raukawa, Te Ati Awa decent from Hongoeka Bay, Porirua, Wellington. I am currently based in Auckland, Aotearoa, New Zealand. I love to carve, paint, sculpt, draw, playing around with digital art and modelling/sculpting for gaming. Lately I have also been creating and exploring the beauty of Ai inspired art and all its unbelievable possibilities yet to come. I am constantly looking to learn more different mediums to be challenged in the artistic world. I have been creative all my life and my inspiration comes from so many things, but especially from my Māori culture and Te Ao Māori..The Māori World.
